Registration will only be confirmed subject to receipt of registration fee

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email) and are subject to
approval by the organizing committee. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of
payment and in accordance with the following schedule

Before 2 April 2023 100 % refund less USD50 processing fee
From 2 April 2023 to 2 May 2023 50% refund less USD50 processing fee
From 3 May 2023 no refund issued

No refund will be entertained in the event of non-attendance.
